The contact form collects the following personal data: name, phone number, email address, subject and content of the message. This data is processed solely to reply to the request submitted and for any communications necessary to follow up on it.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent given by the data subject when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Processing methods and retention

Data is processed using IT tools, with security measures adequate to prevent loss, unlawful use, or unauthorized access. It is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.

Disclosure and transfer of data

Data is not disclosed to third parties nor transferred outside the European Economic Area, except where strictly necessary for the technical delivery of the message (email service provider).
